When is the Best Time to Mediate..?

Now… is the short answer, certainly as soon as the parties realise there is a dispute and the rugged road to the courts is looming. Unless there is an important point of principal that needs a decision in case law, then a mediated resolution is usually more cost effective and avoids the winner takes all and loser pays all scenario.

Think outside the box!

A client approaches you to seek advice about a dispute. It could be a complaint about unsatisfactory goods or services, a debt owed, a dispute over a contract, a disagreement about property, or damage to it.

Thorny problems....

No contract no terms and conditions but still trusting in human nature. A client approaches you to seek advice about a dispute. The more they tell you about it the more it seems unlikely they are going to get their money back.
