Deborah Butterworth FMCA Family Mediator signs a C100

Greater priority to mediator's endorsement on a C100 form. Court forms

Before making a court application for a child arrangement order or a financial settlement, most people have to have a meeting with a mediator to see if mediation can keep your family out of court.

The Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) gives applicants information about sorting out family finances and child arrangements in a series of mediation meetings where the separating couple make the decisions about their money and children in a fair and safe way.

Your court form is signed after the MIAM if mediation is not suitable in your circumstances.

Call 020 8505 4175 to book a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) to find out about mediation and talk through your options.
